If you have set your goal to lose those few extra pounds, get fit and tone up those muscles, then The Aviation Club’s classes will help you do so.
The club offers a wide-ranging group exercise programme including Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Step, Body Balance and Body Attack.
These energetic classes are for all fitness levels and held under the supervision of trained instructors.
March sees a totally new schedule offering die-hard gym goers, as well as shy beginners, the right class at the right rhythm.
To try it out, one-day introductory FREE classes will be held on Saturday 31st March and are open to all. It starts from 12.00 noon until 18.00 p.m.
Classes will take place in the open air, on the different tennis courts.
Participants will be able to test their skills and level before choosing to enroll in the class of their choice.
They can also tour the facilities: To say that the spacious air-conditioned gymnasium is state-of-the-art is an understatement. In addition to the latest resistance and 'cross training' cardiovascular exercise facilities, the Stairmills and the much talked about Power Plate, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and lively pulsating music, all create a vibrant ambience that makes working out fun.
