CARDIO & CORE is the new 60min class designed to make you fitter, stronger and firmer. Delivered by The Aviation Club Personal Trainers, it is the ultimate in cardio and core conditioning.
By focusing on the ‘core’ comprising the perils, spine, ribcage and shoulders, CARDIO & CORE strengthens the body from the inside out to achieve structural longevity and powerful fluid movement. The class combines 30min of aerobic exercise and best core-conditioning exercises with TRX Suspension Training, Swiss Ball and Free Weights combined with the latest stretching and strengthening techniques.
