Each PT is trained to develop and supervise a training programme specifically tailored to meet your requirements, provide motivation to help you achieve your goals and introduce you to new and result-orientated exercises.
Your PT will continuously evaluate your performance and progress and ensure that you achieve full benefit over a realistic timeframe. Personal Training is suited to everybody regardless of age or ability.
