The Aviation Club Personal Trainers (PTs) have achieved the highest levels of proficiency within the fitness industry to help you achieve quality results and success. Each PT is trained to develop and supervise a training programme specifically tailored to meet your requirements, provide motivation to help you achieve your goals and introduce you to new and result-orientated exercises.

Your PT will continuously evaluate your performance and progress and ensure that you achieve full benefit over a realistic timeframe. Personal Training is suited to everybody regardless of age or ability.
